What is Kindred?
Cogent Kindred brings together our community of kindred spirits - people connected by their shared values and affinity for Cogent's mission. Introduce new kindred members to the Cogent family and expand our circle of partners. When you make rewarding referrals within the Cogent Kindred program, you help discover new talent while cultivating an interconnected community.When we say anyone, we mean it! Any living, breathing human being that has someone to refer to can participate. You can refer your friends, family, neighbors, colleagues, etc. The opportunities are endless! Begin reaching out to everyone you know; you could help them find a job and be rewarded for it.

- Refer as many people as you like, there are no limits!
- Receive a reward after each referral completes 45 days of full-time employment.
- Employees will receive the referral reward via payroll.
- Non-employees will receive the referral reward via email.
