Under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Deliverables-Based IT Services (DBITS) program - Contract No. DIR-CPO-5897 - we are authorized to provide a wide range of IT services to Texas state agencies, higher education institutions, K–12 schools, and local government entities. This contract allows these organizations to quickly and efficiently engage our services without undergoing a full procurement process.
