CHALLENGE: The application was expected to provide requirements for Information Delivery and Reporting centered on the Seibel SFA and Marketing Automation deployment. This application provides time and event based intelligence which improves the day-to-day and strategic management of business and customer activities. Also provides measurements and metrics of activity related to sales and marketing at both the tactical and analytical levels, with the ability to Drill down into specific report, as well as drill across multiple data sets (i.e. Seibel SFA, Call Center, Asset management and JDE)

COGENT Solution:

•    Designed and developed MicroStrategy Schema objects like Attributes, Facts, Hierarchies and Transformations using MicroStrategy Architect.
•    Created MicroStrategy Dashboards to deliver maximum visual impact in a format optimized for quick absorption, using a combination of grids, graphics, gauges, dials and other graphical indicators
•    Maintained Warehouse Catalog project-wide functions, i.e. Catalog, View and Schema Options.
•    Synchronizing objects from testing environment to Production environment.
